Saccharomyces ferment + Cryptomeria Japonica Leaf Extract which have anti-microbial properties and act as a 5a reductase inhibitor.  The enzyme 5 alpha reductase converts testosterone to DHT. It then binds itself to androgen receptors on the oil glands, inhibiting excessive oil production.
