Hello! These are our house rules. Please take the time to read our policies page BEFORE your appointment. This will make your experience much better and we can be in agreement. I get it, no fun. But we strive to create an organized experience for our guests and employees. As amazing as we are, and as excited as you are, we have rules and regulations to keep everything running smoothly.  Hope to see you soon!

Read before appointment

Cancelation policy

Oh, the dreaded cancellation policy. Let me explain when we book an appointment or therapist time gets blocked, which means they set that time apart JUST FOR YOU yay. When we have "no-shows" or same-day cancellations, therapists sit there all alone with no appointments for the day. so sad I know. We understand that life happens, so we ask that you give us a 24-hour notice or earlier if possible so we can fill in that spot with someone from our waiting list. They need some love too. 

If you cancel with less then 24-hr notice you will be charged a 20% fee for same day cancellation. If you don't show up to the appointment and don't call, the fee goes up to 50%. Lets not have that happen. We hate it as much as you do. Thank you for your understanding. We value your time and we ask for the same respect  😊

Children Policy

The staff at Energe Spa love children!….some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon and spa experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (Hot steamer, hot wax bowls, glass shelves, etc.) If children are brough your appointment will be rescheduled. Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding. We only do this for the safety of your kids and for tranquility to our guest.

Late Policy

No exceptions 

When it comes to our industry and the way the spa runs, 10 minutes is ALOT for us. Believe it or not it can actually make us run late the ENTIRE day. Im not being dramatic, its that important. All appointments begin and end ON TIME so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled specially on a busy day, and it will be considered a cancellation. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at OUR discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival if our schedule permits it. We will not be able to cut into the next clients time. Please leave 10min earlier if its your first time with us just in case. No matter what the reason is we cant make an exception for this, so please plan accordingly. Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment if you would like to change.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 281-758-1988 or you may purchase online by our booking system.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift Certificates are transferable but cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. 1 year expiration dates for all certificates. no exceptions.

Group Bookings Policy

We can host your party! (we even include our sauna!) For parties of 4 or more, please contact us for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 18% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.

Retail Policy

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased, you may receive a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Product must NOT be open.

Prices Policy

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. we have the right to refuse service.
